Own executive client relationships, translate marketing metrics into revenue and patient growth stories, and orchestrate campaign execution.

Lead strategic monthly business reviews with clinic directors
Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams
Identify expansion opportunities and strategic campaign initiatives
Ensure high client retention and delight

What we're looking for

2+ years in account management or client servicing at a digital agency
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to interpret GA4 and digital growth dashboards
